Staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, including booth staff and third party contractors, MUST be registered and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge. Must wear an EXHIBITOR badge to admitted to exhibit floor early. Exhibits Only registration WILL NOT grant access to the exhibit floor early.
Each exhibiting company receives three (3) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third party contractors.
Additional exhibitor registrations may be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment) .

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter below that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to wellintervention@maritz.com and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 2 March 2026 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 2 March 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive complimentary registration. No exceptions.
Substitution Policy
Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered CTWI attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.
Badge Reprint Fee
A fee of USD 50 will be charged for additional badge reprints.
