USD 35 per net sq. ft. (indoor)
USD 27 per net sq. ft. (outdoor)

Information was sent to all priority companies regarding rebooking. 

Tuesday, 26 August
Contracts and 50% Deposit Due.

Wednesday, 27 August
Priority space assignments will begin.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF INDOOR EXHIBIT SPACE

  • Exhibit Space is equally priced at USD 35 per square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation 100 Square feet).
  • Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) and identification sign (7x44 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all linear booths. Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
  • Three (3) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
  • Five (5) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Cards per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space to distribute to your clients.  Not to be used for staff registrations.
  • Exhibitor listing in official Digital Conference Program.
  • Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

ITEMS INCLUDED IN THE COST OF OUTDOOR EXHIBIT SPACE

  • Exhibit Space is equally priced at USD 27 per square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation 1,050 square feet).
  • Fifteen (15) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations
  • Twenty (20) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Cards to distribute to your clients.  Not to be used for staff registrations.
  • Exhibitor listing in official Digital Conference Program.
  • Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

If your company has previously exhibited at SPE, please log in using your existing company credentials.

  1. Complete & Submit the Exhibit Space Contract
  2. Log in using your case sensitive company password (company primary contact has this information).
  3. View the Exhibit Floorplan
  4. Select three (3) preferred locations.
  • If your top three preferred spaces are no longer available, we will assign a comparable alternative and send you a confirmation email. If you notice a location you would prefer that is marked in blue and currently available, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please keep in mind that floorplans are subject to change frequently as assignments are ongoing.
  • Exhibitors are allowed to grow for the 2026 exhibition.  Please note, this is a priority point event, so your same location you had in 2025 is not guaranteed. 
  • All space is based on priority number, not the size of your booth.
  • Please review the FAQ’s to get a better understanding of how points are awarded.
  • Once all priority companies have been assigned, the remaining companies will be assigned on a first – come, first – served basis.
