    Mark Taylor - Principal, Taylor Energy AdvisorsEngaging First Nations and First Nations contractors in the workflow of site assessment, well abandonment and site reclamation brings with it benefits to the communities beyond simply tallying jobs.  These benefits include the talent pool of workers that Indigenous communities hold,  access to Traditional Knowledge that augments the regulators' guidelines, enabling careers for First Nations workers, and providing a path to where Economic Reconcili-Action can occur.
