Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 20 August 2026 to receive a refund minus a USD 150 administration processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 20 August 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 20 August.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide a written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
