Accommodations are not included in the registration fee.
The negotiated rate for the SPE Workshop is $730.000 COP (Colombian Pesos), plus taxes* per night, inclusive of buffet breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi, and complimentary bottled water in guest room for single occupancy. Rates at the hotel are offered 3 days before and after the workshop, based on availability Refundable with 48 hours notice prior to arrival.
The deadline to make reservations has been extended until 16 November.
After 16 November, the hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.

*Foreigners and non-residents who present the immigration stamp certifying their status at the time of check in will be exempt from the 19% VAT (value added tax) on their accommodation. Otherwise, the 19% VAT on accommodation will apply.
