    This session will showcase the optimization on the PCP operation from different perspectives from surface to downhole. The session includes a field case study about using Permanent Magnet Motors as a surface equipment technology in PCP wells. An application from Argentina will bring the details about Lubricated Transmission Systems implemented in PCP wells with key operational outcomes of this technology. Last but not least, a field case study about the use of PCP to optimize well testing operations in selective zones will be presented in this session.

    In recent years, ESCPs have seen a fulgurant growth in adoption driven by the implementation of new technologies that enhance reliability and performance in challenging environments such as sandy and HGVF applications but also highly deviated and complex wellbore geometries. This session will explore how the latest ESPCPs innovations are enabling real-time monitoring and downhole interventions without the need to pull tubing; enhancing reliability by minimizing vibration and ensuring efficient operation in deviated and abrasive conditions; extending runtime in gas dominant wells where other forms of lift have historically struggled.
