The negotiated rate for the SPE Workshop is R$ 1,124 (Reais - Brazilian currency), single room, plus taxes per night, inclusive of breakfast and Wi-Fi. Rates at the hotel are offered 2 days before and after the workshop, based on availability by 30 July. After 30 July hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.

Note: You will be billed in R$ at the time of check out, at the negotiated rate of R$ 1,124 plus taxes per night.

Visa Letter

Attendees from countries that require a visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.

Visa Information

Starting 10 April 2025, passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the United States will require a visa for entry into Brazil. If you already possess a valid physical visa in your passport for your visit's purpose, you do not need to apply for a new visa.
