Workshop Fees
Registration includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, certificate of participation, 1.6 CEUs (Continuing Education Units), welcome coffees, luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and access to the Technology Showcase.

Registration Fee
- Workshop fee includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, certificate of participation, 1.6 CEUs (Continuing Education Units), welcome coffees, luncheons, coffee breaks, welcome reception, and access to the Technology Showcase.
- Fee DOES NOT include accommodation. Visit the Travel and Accommodations page for more details.
- All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.
- Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated
Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 20 April 2027 to receive a refund, minus a USD 75 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 20 April 2027 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered workshop attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.

- SPE reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), venue or to cancel the event should circumstance beyond its control arises.
- SPE will not be liable to you for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you as a result of or in relation to SPE modifying, postponing or cancelling the event or any part of the event.
- The Participant acknowledges and agrees that by registering for this event, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
