Accommodations
Accommodations are NOT included in the registration fee. Contact The San Luis Resort at 409.744.1500 and refer to the group name, SPE Artificial Lift Conference & Exhibition or CLICK HERE to reserve your room at the negotiated rate of USD 200 plus taxes per night. If you book through our block the resort fee is waived. Rates at the hotel are offered 3 days before and after the conference, based on availability. You MUST identify yourself as an SPE Artificial Lift Conference & Exhibition Attendee.
After 1 August, hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 25 July for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to
registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 25 July

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa
