VISA AND ENTRY TO MALAYSIA
There are two (2) ways to apply for a visa to Malaysia:
Through a Malaysian Representative Office: Visit the Malaysian Representative Office in your country of residence. For more details, please refer to the Immigration Department of Malaysia’s Official Portal.
Online via MYVISA: Complete your visa application through the MYVISA online website. More information is available here.
Invitation Letter Request Form
An invitation letter to facilitate the application of visa will be issued to registered attendees if required.

Complete and return the Invitation Letter Request Form to Faezah Saaban at email fsaaban@spe.org.
Please note that it is the sole responsibility of the attendee to obtain the necessary paperwork for entry into Malaysia. The invitation letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa.
All foreign travellers must complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) within three (3) days prior to their scheduled arrival in Malaysia.
Effective 1 January 2024, completion of MDAC will be mandatory, except for the following list:
