TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 11 November 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 125 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 11 November 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered workshop attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.
