As a result, SPE is able to increase attendee benefits to provide a great experience, while keeping expenses low. Revenue from this event will be invested back into SPE and will support many other Society programs. - Single room: R$ 675 per night, plus tax

Cancellation Policy
Applicable to both hotels
- Reservations cancelled until 28 January are fully refundable without penalty.
- Reservations cancelled between 29 January until 14 April will be subject to an 80% penalty. 20% will be refunded.
- After April 14, reservations will be accepted, subject to availability, but 100% cancellation penalty will apply.
Visa Information
Starting 10 April 2025, passport holders from Australia, Canada, and the United States will require a visa for entry into Brazil. If you already possess a valid physical visa in your passport for your visit's purpose, you do not need to apply for a new visa.

Visa Letter
Attendees from countries that require a visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Transfers and Tours
SPE has appointed FollowUp Tours to assist with hotel booking at the official hotels, airport-hotel transfers, and local tour reservations.
