*Conference registration includes admittance to the opening, panels and technical sessions, exhibition, reception on the exhibition floor, coffee breaks, networking luncheons, and a copy of the proceedings.
**University students must show a valid student ID to register. If you register online, you will have to show an ID when you pick up your badge on-site.

Cancellation Policy
- Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 06 May 2026 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 06 May 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.
- No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.
- Student conference registrations are subject to a USD 25 administrative processing fee for cancellations.
