Natural gas continues to be a cornerstone of global energy security, and tight gas plays a growing role in meeting demand as the world transitions to more sustainable energy systems. Yet developing tight gas remains challenging, requiring advanced technologies, innovative solutions, and smart, efficient practices. 

The SPE workshop “Developing and Producing Tight Gas for Sustainable Energy Security” brings together leading operators, experts, and technology providers to explore opportunities across the full tight-gas lifecycle. Built around three focused themes—Develop, Produce, and Sustain—the programme features a high-level panel and targeted technical sessions designed to spark insights, showcase advancements, and highlight proven approaches. 

This workshop offers a unique platform to accelerate collaboration, share success stories, and identify breakthrough technologies that enable responsible, economical, and sustainable development of tight gas resources.
