Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 13 October 2025 for refund of registration fees, less USD 75 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 13 October.

Badge Pick Up

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Visa Information

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
