Workshop fee includes technical sessions, released presentations, attendee list, continental breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, and reception.

Cancellations and requests for refunds must be received by SPE in writing on or before 12 October 2026 for refund of registration fees, less USD 125 administration fee. Send cancellation requests to registration@spe.org. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER 12 October.

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa. 

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. • SPE reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), venue or to cancel the event should circumstance beyond its control arises.
• SPE reserves the right to cancel a Training Course if number of participants is not sufficient. A minimum of 30 days’ notice will be given.
• SPE will not be liable to you for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you as a result of or in relation to SPE modifying, postponing or cancelling the event or any part of the event.
