2024 Exhibit Space Contract & Pricing

Indoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 34 per indoor square foot for indoor space (minimum reservation 80 net square feet).

Outdoor Exhibit Space is priced at USD 26 per indoor square foot for outdoor space (minimum reservation 1,050 net square feet).

Conference Sponsors are assigned first as part of the sponsorship benefits.

Booth space is assigned in priority point order, not the space you had the previous year. 

We will assign non-priority companies on a first-come, first-served basis.

Live Exhibit Floor Plan

During space assignments, the exhibit floor is subject to change and some of your choices may not be available. 

SPE staff will place you in a comparable location and send a confirmation via email.

• Log-In to the exhibitor portal to submit your contract.
• Review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
• Reference the Live Floor Plan to view booth availability  - subject to change as assignments progress
• Select three (3) preferred locations
• Booth space is assigned in priority point order and then on a first come, first served basis. See priority information below.
