Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • A processing fee of USD 150.00 will be charged for cancellations received before Tuesday, 6 October 2026.
  • No refund for cancellation received after Tuesday, 6 October 2026.
  • Participants who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations must be notified in writing to SPE. Email your cancellation request to registrationdubai@spe.org.

Visa Information

It is the delegate’s responsibility to obtain their own travel visa where applicable. SPE cannot issue visas, nor can we guarantee it will be obtained. An automated visa invitation letter link will be available in the confirmation email once delegate completes the registration.
