All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org and must be received on or before 1700 Central Time on Monday, 26 January 2026 to receive a refund, minus a USD 150 administrative processing fee.  Cancellation requests received after Monday, 26 January 2026 at 1700 Central Time are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows.  If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund.  By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy.

There are no refunds for additional ancillary event tickets.

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may
take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programs. When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer program and SPE’s energy education program, energy4me, are just a few examples that are supported by SPE. 

Attendance at or participation in SPE meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to SPE’s use and distribution of the registrant’s image or voice in promoting future SPE meetings in any way SPE deems appropriate.

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.
