Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org  and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 25 February 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 125 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 25 February 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. 

Student conference registrations are subject to a USD 25 administrative processing fee for cancellations.

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
