APCC 2027 will explore how the industry is leveraging its subsurface expertise, existing infrastructure, and operational capabilities to accelerate the development of integrated CCUS value chains. The conference will also highlight how CCUS contributes to broader decarbonisation efforts across power generation and hard-to-abate sectors. Discussions will address the technical, commercial, and regulatory challenges associated with scaling CCUS deployment, including the development of cross-border CO₂ transport and storage networks, hub and cluster systems, evolving policy and regulatory frameworks, carbon markets, financing structures, risk management and insurability considerations, and commercial models designed to enhance project bankability and long-term viability.
