Orlando Castellanos is a Senior Marketing Manager for Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) at Dow, where he leads the global EOR market strategy and co-manages the EOR innovation portfolio. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the University of Calgary and brings 14 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.

Orlando is passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and economically viable technologies to deliver impact for current and future generations. He has authored more than 30 publications and has delivered international presentations across the Middle East, Asia, North America, and Europe. Outside of work, Orlando enjoys reading, wildlife photography, biking, and traveling
