The workshop will address the meticulous management required for oil and gas assets to achieve the production objective safely without encountering any major accidents. Key focus areas include integrity assurance, corrosion management, process safety, mechanical integrity, and digitalisation, anticipating future challenges such as new technologies to deal with energy transition and mature fields.
Asset integrity management extends to various components, emphasising rigorous risk identification and assessment, advanced inspection and monitoring techniques, and proper corrosion management, including incorporating digitalisation to enable real-time monitoring and predictive analytics. Additionally, anticipating future challenges includes utilising big data analysis such as data mining, 3D printing, and energy transition-related subjects such as CCS and CCUS.
