THANK YOU TO OUR PARTICIPANTS
Geological-engineering integration is a structured technology management model focused on optimising complex and unconventional reservoir development.
Centred on geomechanics, it promotes multidisciplinary collaboration and iterative optimisation across high-precision seismology, geological modelling, well placement, drilling, logging, and hydraulic fracturing, ensuring cost-effective and efficient resource extraction.
This workshop aims to enhance multidisciplinary collaboration, foster knowledge exchange, and explore innovative solutions for optimising unconventional reservoir development. It will focus on integrating geological and engineering disciplines to address challenges in reservoir characterisation, well placement, hydraulic fracturing, and production optimisation. The goal is to strengthen cross-disciplinary cooperation, improve decision-making processes, and promote sustainable and cost-effective development of unconventional oil and gas resources.

ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP SUPPORTS THE E&P INDUSTRY
The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is a not-for-profit organisation. Income from this event will be invested back into SPE to support many other Society programmes.
When you attend an SPE event, you help provide even more opportunities for industry professionals to enhance their technical and professional competence. Scholarships, certification, the Distinguished Lecturer programme, and SPE’s energy education programme Energy4me® are just a few examples of programmes supported by SPE.
