Tan Hui Yian is the RD&E Program Leader at ChampionX Asia Pacific, based in Singapore. With a background in Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering, Tan Hui Yian joined ChampionX as a Developmental Chemist in 2009. Over the years, she has garnered extensive experience in lab testing, product development, field work, technical projects, system reviews, and customer meetings across the Asia Pacific. In her current role, Tan Hui Yian is responsible for providing technical support for the Asia Pacific region and overseeing the regional Kuala Lumpur laboratory, ensuring its integration with ChampionX's global RD&E network.
