Aiden Hardy holds a Bachelor of Engineering Honours from Queen’s University, Belfast’s School of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. With over 15 years in the oil and gas sector, he is currently VP of Commercial at Paradigm Flow Services, based in Aberdeen UK. Aiden’s career began at Baker Hughes, where he gained expertise in pipeline commissioning, testing, and pigging, focusing on North Sea operations. At STATS Group, he played a key role in developing pipeline isolation, intervention, and repair technologies to support projects in the UK, Europe and Russia / Caspian regions. In his current role, he collaborates with global operators to implement advanced solutions for maximising oil and gas recovery in deepwater and challenging mid to late life developments.
