This SPE Workshop will take place at the Petrobras Research, Development, and Innovation Center - CENPES.

The headquarter hotel is the JW Marriott in Copacabana.

A shuttle bus will be available from the headquarter hotel to the venue each day of the event. The shuttle schedule will be available soon.

Accommodations are NOT included in the workshop registration fee. A limited number of rooms are available at discounted rates at the JW Marriott Rio de Janeiro during the workshop when booking through HERE.

The SPE Group Rate for the JW Marriott category starts at BRL 1,210/night + taxes & fees, inclusive of breakfast, and internet.  Rates at the hotel are offered 2 days before and after the workshop, based on availability by 26 September 2026. After 26 September 2026 hotel reservations will be subject to availability at the prevailing rates, unless the block sells out before that date.

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
