Presentation Title: Enhanced Oil Recovery Selection

Bio: Dr. Moustafa Oraby is currently a Professor and Director of the Graduate Program in the Department of Petroleum and Energy Engineering at the American University in Cairo, Egypt. He is also working as an industry consultant on multiple projects. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Alexandria University in Egypt and a Ph.D. degree from North Carilina State University in the USA. He worked for 25 years in the petroleum industry for both oil and service companies. He served the industry in many locations such as North America, South America, Middle East, Far East and Africa. Dr. Oraby holds 10 United States Patents and numerous technical publications. He is also a certified instructor providing industry courses for petroleum and energy engineers. His current research interest is in renewable energy, especially the green hydrogen directly from seawater.
