Samer AlSarakbi is an accomplished oilfield services professional with deep technical expertise in Coiled Tubing, Stimulation, and Well Intervention technologies. He holds an M.S. in Applied Business Analytics from Boston University and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Damascus University.

As the Regional Technical Manager for NESR, Samer has been instrumental in advancing the company’s technical capabilities across the Middle East and North Africa. He has led the expansion of Coiled Tubing operations, the introduction of real-time downhole measurement systems, and the deployment of advanced stimulation and conformance control technologies.

With over 21 years of experience spanning technical, operational, and leadership roles, Samer has driven collaborative technology development initiatives with international partners, focusing on sour environment interventions, green chemistry formulations, and fiber-optic enabled CT applications.
