Charlotte Giraud works for AkerBP, operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, as advanced Petroleum Engineer. Previously she worked for SLB for 18 years, joining as a fresh out after her Master degrees in Reservoir Geoscience & Engineering from IFP School - Paris and Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M in 2007. She developed strong technical skills in well stimulations and reservoir production enhancement through different positions starting as a frac field engineer in Algeria to a production technologist in Algeria, Mexico and West Africa. In 2018 she relocated in Aberdeen – UK then in Stavanger- Norway to support SLB stimulation activity and production enhancement projects in North Sea, prior joining AkerBP in August 2025.
