Azhar Hayat is a seasoned petroleum engineer with over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Currently, Azhar is working with Shell as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Carbonate Matrix Stimulation and Engineering Design. Throughout his career, he has worked with leading energy companies including Shell, Petronas, Abu Dhabi Company for Onshore Oil Operations (ADCO), OMV, and BP. Azhar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum & Gas Engineering, and his expertise spans across reservoir stimulation, production optimization, and engineering design in complex carbonate environments.
