Ayoub Awaji is an Advisor R&D Chemist at Halliburton Technology, where he has been driving innovation since 2019. He has over a decade of experience in nonmetallic materials and more than six years in the oil and gas industry, with a strong focus on the development and synthesis of advanced chemical solutions for energy applications.

Prior to joining Halliburton, Ayoub served as Deputy Director at the High Institute for Elastomer Industries in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia, where he played a key role in advancing polymer technologies and industrial training.

Currently, Ayoub leads production enhancement research initiatives targeting high-pressure, high-temperature carbonate reservoirs. His work involves comprehensive data analysis, technical reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to translate research findings into field-ready technologies that enhance reservoir stimulation performance.
