Stian Tysnes Hauge holds a Master’s degree in Offshore Technology from the University of Stavanger and has worked in the drilling and wells domain for over 16 years. He spent the first part of his career in various engineering roles before moving into leadership positions. His experience covers the full drilling and wells lifecycle, from exploration to decommissioning. 

Stian joined Northern Lights in 2024, following his role as Drilling & Wells Director at THREE60 Energy Norway.
