Arne Lyngholm
Arne Lyngholm is an experienced leader with extensive expertise in drilling and well operations, field development, research / technology, and strategy within the energy sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager Drilling & Well, Arne has held a variety of leadership roles in both Norway and the United States, including Chief Engineer Drilling Operations, Sr. Manager Deepwater R&D, Vice President Early Phase, and Sr. Manager Strategy. His primary strength spans well construction and lifecycle well integrity, subsurface technology development, project management, and cross-functional oil & gas field development projects.
Arne holds a Master of Science degree from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTH) and has completed executive programs at institutions such as the University of California, Berkeley. He is recognized for his integrity, collaborative approach, and ability to drive complex projects to successful outcomes. Arne is also active in sports and community organizations, reflecting a commitment to both professional and personal development.
