Exhibitor Registration

Staff needing access to the exhibit floor on show days, including booth staff and third party contractors, MUST be registered and wearing an EXHIBITOR badge. Must wear an EXHIBITOR badge to admitted to exhibit floor early. Exhibits Only registration WILL NOT grant access to the exhibit floor early.
Each exhibiting company receives three (3) complimentary Exhibitor Registrations per 100 square feet of booth space purchased for the purpose of registering booth personnel and any third party contractors.
Additional exhibitor registrations may be purchased (up to 2 times the complimentary allotment) .

Visa Information
Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months. Create an official SPE invitation letter below that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 27 February 2023 to receive a full refund less a USD 150 fee. Send requests by email to wellintervention@maritz.com. Cancellation requests received through 27 February will be processed within 14 business days.
Cancellation requests received after 27 February 2023 are not eligible for a refund.

Any income from this event will be invested back into SPE and ICoTA to support many other Society programs.
