Indoor Exhibit Space | USD 37/sq ft on or before 14 September
USD 39/sq ft beginning 15 September - End of show
Outdoor Exhibit Space | USD 29 /sq ft

Information will be sent to all priority companies regarding rebooking. 

Deposit Due Date Information

50% deposit is due with signed contracts.
|00% balance is due with signed contracts received on or after 2 November.

NOTE: Agreements submitted without payment will not be assigned.

Week of 14 September
Priority space assignments will begin.

100% balance is due

Items Included in the Cost of Indoor Exhibit Space

  • Standard booth draping (8-ft. high back wall and 3-ft. side rails) and identification sign (11x17 inch) listing Exhibitor name and booth number will be provided to all linear booths. Any additional draping used must comply with show color scheme and the published fire safety regulations.
  • Three (3) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space.
  • Five (5) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Invitations per 100 sq. ft. of Exhibit Space to distribute to your clients. 
  • Exhibitor Listing in Onsite Event Dashboard: a digital guide for attendees, featuring live updates, program information, exhibitor listings and floorplan.
  • Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

     

Items Included in the Cost of Outdoor Exhibit Space

  • Fifteen (15) Complimentary Full Conference Registrations
  • Twenty (20) Complimentary Exhibits Only One-Day Guest Invitations to distribute to your clients.  Not to be used for staff registrations.
  • Exhibitor listing in the onsite digital Event Dashboard.
  • Access to Proceedings to be emailed to primary contact prior to event.

Complete & Submit the Exhibit Space Contract

If your company has previously exhibited at SPE, please log in to the Exhibitor Hub to complete and submit the Online Exhibit Space Contract.

If you haven't set up your Exhibitor Hub login yet, visit the Exhibitor Academy for step-by-step instructions and a walk-through video.

Access is limited to the primary, secondary, and invoice contacts listed in our system. Please ensure the email address you're using to login is associated with the account. If you're unsure, please contact spe.events@spe.org.

  1. Log into the Exhibitor Hub to complete the Online Exhibit Space Contract.
  2. Review the Terms and Conditions carefully.
  3. Reference the Exhibit Floorplan to view booth availability - (subject to change)
  4. Select three (3) preferred locations.
  5. Complete and submit the Online Exhibit Space Contract along with the required payment.

NOTE: Companies will not be assigned space without a submitted contract and required payment - even if they appear on the priority list.
