Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel

Accommodation is NOT included in the symposium registration fee. A limited number of rooms are available at discounted rates at the Banff Springs Hotel until 29 October 2025. After this date, rooms and rates are subject to hotel availability.

Hotel reservations can be made online or via call 1-833-762-6866. Please identify yourself as being with the SPE symposium.

The SPE Group Rate for the Fairmont Hotel starts at CAD 295/night + taxes & fees. 

This rate applies to the weekend before and after the event and is subject to availability. Bring the family out pre and post symposium and enjoy some additional time in the mountains.

*Important* - Cancellation Deadline

The Banff Springs Hotel cancellation deadline is now 14 days prior to your check-in date.

Any reservation cancellations made after this date, no shows, and/or early departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel. 

Additionally, the Banff Springs Hotel will charge your credit card the entire amount of your hotel reservation 14 days prior to your arrival day. This is non-refundable
