Dave Wilson joined Expro Ltd in February of 2026 as Vice President of Investor Relations. He was previously with Helmerich & Payne Inc. from 2018-2025 as Vice President of Investor Relations as well as playing an integral role in company’s pricing strategy. Prior to that he spent 15 years as a Wall Street analyst at various firms, Howard Weil (2008-2016), Morgan Stanley (2004-2008), JPMorgan (2001-2004) where he followed various subsectors of the Energy Industry including Exploration and Production, Integrated Oils and Refiners, Oilfield Services, and Alternative Energy. Before moving to Wall Street, Dave spent nearly six years working as financial auditor for Ernst & Young focusing on the Oil Services sector. Due to his experience across the Energy sector, Dave brings a broad and diverse understanding of Energy businesses to the table. Dave holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a Certified Public Accountant.  He graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a B.B.A and M.P.A.
