Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be received in writing by 16 July 2024 to qualify for a refund less a processing fee of USD 150 (USD 15 for all Student registrations). Please send requests by email to registration@spe.org.
Cancellations will be processed within 14 business days. Substitution or replacement names will be accepted.
Cancellation requests received after 16 July 2024 will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the delegate fails to attend.

Badge Pickup and Reprint

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.
For security purposes, please wear your badge at all times.
A fee of USD 20 will be charged for badge reprints.
