Important Information
- All payments and tax invoices will be issued in USD only and subject to KSA standard 15% Value Added Tax (VAT). The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, and Diners Club.
- NOTE: Wire transfer is not a payment option on the registration site.
- All payments must be paid in full during the online registration process.
- If you wish to receive a tax invoice to process payment via wire transfer, please send a request to the registration team via email at registrationdubai@spe.org. Additional instructions will be given.

Registration Fee

Prices are inclusive of 15% KSA VAT.

Fee includes access to technical sessions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome reception, and dinner (if applicable).
- Fee DOES NOT include accommodation.
- Registration of participant will only be confirmed upon registration and receipt of full payment or an acceptable employer’s letter of guarantee.
- All outstanding payments must be received on or prior to the date of the event for participants to be allowed to attend. SPE reserves the right to cancel the registration if no payment is received prior to or on the date of the event.
- Full fee is charged regardless of the length of time the Participant attends the event and cannot be pro-rated.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- A processing fee of USD 150.00 (excluding VAT) will be charged for cancellation received up to 14 days prior to the first day of the Symposium.
- No refund for cancellation received 13 days prior to the first day of the event.
- Participants who failed to attend will not be eligible for a refund.
- Cancellation must be notified in writing to SPE.
Visa Information for Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
International visitors from 49 eligible countries can apply for an eVisa. The eVisa will be a one-year, multiple entry visa, allowing tourists to spend up to 90 days in the country.
