Important Cancellation Policy - Banff Springs Hotel

Cancellations up until 14 days prior to arrival are allowed. Any reservation cancellations made after this date, no shows, and/or early departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel. 

We encourage attendees to book alternate accommodations in the Town of Banff if rooms at the Banff Springs Hotel are unavailable.
