The Banff Springs Hotel cancellation deadline is now 14 days prior to your check-in date. Any reservation cancellations made after this date, no shows, and/or early departures, will be charged 100% of the applicable reservation room and tax charges, including any non-refundable reservation deposits taken will be retained by the hotel. 
Additionally, the Banff Springs Hotel will charge your credit card the entire amount of your hotel reservation 14 days prior to your arrival day. This is non-refundable.
