TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to registration@spe.org  and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 28 July 2025 to receive a refund, minus a USD 75 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 28 July 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. 

Student conference registrations are subject to a USD 25 administrative processing fee for cancellations.

There are no refunds for ESP ancillary event tickets.

Substitution Policy

Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered ESP attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted. 

Visa Information

Attendees from countries that require a US visa for entry are reminded that the process of obtaining a visa may take several months.  Create an official SPE invitation letter that you can print and use in obtaining a visa. Please note that this letter does not guarantee that you will be granted a visa, nor does it commit SPE to assist you in obtaining a visa. 

Badge Pick Up

Badges will be available for pick-up on-site at the registration desk.

Taxes

  • Fee are made free and clear of, and without any deduction or withholding for and on account of, any taxes, duties or other deductions. Any such deduction or withholding, if required by the laws of any country are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

Disclaimer

  • SPE reserves the right to change the speaker(s), date(s), venue or to cancel the event should circumstance beyond its control arises.
  • SPE reserves the right to cancel a Training Course if number of participants is not sufficient. A minimum of 30 days’ notice will be given.
  • SPE will not be liable to you for any damages, costs, losses or expenses of any kind incurred or suffered by you as a result of or in relation to SPE modifying, postponing or cancelling the event or any part of the event.
  • The Participant acknowledges and agrees that by registering for this event, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions and agrees to be bound by them.
