Badges can be collected at the Registration Counters located at the Grand Ballroom Foyer, Level 6A during the following times:

SPE is committed to the safety and well-being of all attendees. Please take note of the following safety and security measures:

Security checkpoints are in effect at the main entrances to the venue. To avoid delays, please do not bring large bags or bulky items.
No outside food and drinks are allowed in the event area, exhibition hall and conference session rooms.
Event badges must be worn at all times within the event area.
Event badges are non-transferable.
Using a badge assigned to another person is grounds for confiscation.
Some sessions may become overcrowded due to their popularity. SPE must adhere to room capacity policies in such cases. To ensure access to sessions, please ensure to arrive early.
In the event of an emergency, SPE and/or venue staff will provide attendees with the necessary information and instructions.
