Nada Al Mesfer is a seasoned oil and gas executive and TPL Specialist (PE/RE) at the Kuwait Oil Company, bringing more than two decades of international experience across North America, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Prior to joining KOC, she held senior leadership roles at Schlumberger, where she directed business development, operational services, and global marketing initiatives.

At KOC, Nada has led several high-impact production optimization projects that contributed to the company’s record-breaking achievement of 3 million BOPD. She is the recipient of numerous industry honors, including the Oil & Gas Woman of the Year Award and multiple Schlumberger Chairman’s Awards.

A strong advocate for innovation, local content, and gender inclusion, Nada made history as the founder and first chairwoman of Kuwait’s private oil sector union. She holds an MBA in Energy Management from the WU Executive Academy and completed the Executive Leadership Program at Cornell University.

Her current work focuses on applying AI-driven technologies to enhance upstream and downstream operations. Widely recognized as a thought leader in digital transformation, Nada continues to shape the future of the global energy sector.
