Dileep Divakaran is a Principal at SLB, specializing in Digital Oil Fields, and holds a degree in Petroleum Engineering. With over 24 years of experience across both upstream and downstream oil & gas sectors, he has held various roles in facility operations, petroleum engineering consulting, digital oil field solutioning & consulting, program management, and product management. Dileep is known for his expertise in driving digital oil field project and product management initiatives that deliver impactful solutions and innovations.

Throughout his career, Dileep has worked extensively across Asia, the Middle East & North Africa, and North America, contributing to the advancement of the oil and gas industry.

Currently based in Dubai, UAE, Dileep has spent close to  19 years at SLB, with a focus on value realization and transforming digital oilfields. He now serves as the Digital Production Business Manager for the Middle East and North Africa, while also advising on SLB’s Digital Oil Field projects, where he helps shape strategic direction and ensures technical excellence in project execution.
