Steve’s speech will cover the recognition of the Permian Basin’s unique status for energy in the world today (O/G resources, energy proving grounds, and energy entrepreneurship).  He will also address new concepts such as microbially induced oil wetting and the critical roles of visco-plastic formations along with PB challenges (produced water, orphaned wells, talent recruitment, RoR vs ROI, unlimited resources, and the lost concept of O/G resource conservation).
