Tom Richardson is the Senior Manager of Drilling and Completions at Chevron, based in Houston, Texas. He has over 20 years of experience in leadership, engineering and operations for both onshore and offshore assets in Southeast Asia, Europe and the US. Tom currently leads the Bakken Drilling and Completions engineering team and is responsible for strategic planning, optimization and execution. Tom began his career at Shell and holds Petroleum Engineering degrees from Robert Gordon University and the University of Aberdeen.
