Neil Modeland is Halliburton’s Sr. Business Development Technology Manager for the South-Central US Land  & Permian Basin areas.  In this role, he manages a basin-focused team of engineers and geoscientist covering land activity in the southern half of the US.  He joined Halliburton in 2007 in field engineering operations in Kilgore, TX.  He has also worked as a Technical Sales Advisor for the Production Enhancement service line in the East Texas/North Louisiana basin.  He has authored various technical publications and intellectual property filings on aspects of completion techniques and perforating methodology.  He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University.
