Mr. Heins has served as our Vice President of Corporate Affairs since July 2025, overseeing state and federal government relations and community affairs. Prior to that, Mr. Heins served as a Senior Director of Corporate Affairs after joining the company in May 2023. Before joining Permian Resources, Mr. Heins was a partner at Jackson Walker LLP, focusing his practice on real estate, oil and gas, and water midstream transactions and worked as Manager of Government Affairs at Concho Resources. Mr. Heins graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston Law Center. Mr. Heins currently serves on the Boards of Trinity School of Midland, High Sky Children's Ranch, the Downtown Midland Management District, the Midland Athletic Syndicate, PBPA, IPAA, IPANM, the Texas Alliance of Energy Producers, and as an officer of the Midland Downtown Park Convervancy.
