Dr Talal Al Aulaqi is currently the Vice President for Energy Excellence in OQ Alternative Energy, an energy integrated company. Dr Talal covers Energy Efficiency business solutions in upstream, downstream and ESCO. Dr Talal is a member of the advisory GCC Council for Energy Efficiency Committee, has a PhD in Energy Eng and an Msc. in Petroleum Eng and BEng in Mechanical Engineering.
